Jessica Cianchino, Miss Markham World 2018

Jessica’s Fashion from the Streets of Markham

By Jessica Cianchino, Miss York Region World 2018

In the Greater Toronto Area, downtown Markham is the newest downtown.  This is my city!  Markham has many diverse cultures, many thriving and expanding businesses, and a wide range of entertainment for people of all ages and ethnicities.  And this small town turned big city, like myself, is just beginning.

Markham’s potential is well known.  As Canada’s High Tech Capital the area is a great place to live and work, and relax after work – its easy to find fun here.  My growing city has come to life with the development of a new and impressive downtown core, and this new commercial section hosts many modern attractions.  Cineplex VIP Cinema, as well as other diverse restaurants and boutiques are why my family and friends love going downtown.  Also, a merry-go-round designed specifically for the city incorporates all Canadian-themed sculptures. Experiencing the Pride of Canada Carousel is yet another reason why people should come see the amazing attractions in downtown Markham.

Property developers in Markham prove they are environmentally aware with every new building they erect; the Remington Group encourages green commercial developments. This development group set-up their own Environmental Quality Control program in an attempt to emphasize the importance of preserving the environment while expediently developing the downtown core. Remington Group’s green work was awarded LEED ® which is a fold status for residential and commercial buildings. This organization has implemented green practices in the newest urban areas by introducing natural light, solar power and fresh air.  I’m so proud that the city in which I live is not only growing in business and tourism, but also in environmental consciousness.

My style is influenced by Hip Hop music and urban culture.  The way I style myself mimics what I’ve seen in downtown Toronto, but I put my own twist on it. I usually dress in athletic wear, influenced by the sports I play, infused with styles from big city streets. People my age dress similar to those from the big city, however being from Markham makes my style unique to me.

Walking through our new downtown, I can feel the essence of my city captured through the street art made by local artists. The shops and restaurants run by local residents are bigger now and almost make me feel like I’m in a smaller version of downtown Toronto.  The City of Markham is growing into a city that will provide great opportunities and entertainment to its residents and it welcomes newcomers. It’s astonishing to witness my city grow into a bigger community attracting the attention of others all across Ontario. I remember growing up here before there was a downtown. Its so amazing to be able to watch my city flourish and expand into a successful place that welcomes all kinds of people, just as it has for myself and my family. I look forward to seeing the ongoing progress in the coming years. This new urban center, no matter how much it changes, will continue to be the heart of our community, and I am so proud to be a part of representing this growing metropolis to the rest of the world.

Tips to rock that chic winter style in 2017

Ugh, that’s cold… Snow has finally arrived in Toronto. Cold weather is officially knocking at the door. Fashion lovers, don’t be afraid! We are not going to compromise on styles and fashion. Today, let’s talk about how to stay chic in 2017.  Remember these tips and fit them with your own personal styles. You will rock the winter fashion as a pro!

Fur

The key to a stay fashionable in cold seasons is to stay warm first. The furs are a great element to include in your winter wardrobe. They are comfy, warming and fashionable.

It keeps your neck warm, while looking stylish.

If you are afraid of looking too overdressed with this element on your body, you can simply go with a fur hood on your jacket or coat.

Military Green

Across social media and street styles, blogger and editors are seemingly obsessed with military green, using olive-inspired shade to add a utilitarian touch to their looks.

This is a great shade for winter, since it reminds people of the vivid atmosphere of spring and summer.

Also it adds an interesting (but subtle) tone to grey and black basics without making too much of statement.

Where to buy??

Canada Goose sounds like something you must have to survive winter in Toronto. If you still don’t have it yet, definitely get one!

If you don’t like this colour, you can always find some other colours from this brand.

You can basically get from everywhere, but we suggest Yorkdale, since they have the biggest selection of colours and choices. Or you can simple make it convenient to just order online.

Fashion as Art in Ajax Ontario

Fashion as Art in Ajax Ontario

Fashion is truly an art form. The way we chose to present ourselves to the world is an expression of who we are. For some, it can take a lot of courage to wear what they want, and others feel more beautiful when they follow current    trends. Regardless of what you wear, the clothes we put on every day are a representation of our personalities, our cultures, and our tastes. Here we will be exploring the styles of four Ajax teens and what Fashion means to them.

Maryam, 17

Jeans: H&M- $10
Top: H&M – $15
Sunglasses: Forever 21 – $7

Maryam has recently recognized the significance of the clothes we wear. “I never used to be that big on fashion”, she states in an interview, “but the past two years I’ve really been trying to find my style and what I like/how I like to wear certain clothes”.  Like most teenagers, Maryam is discovering herself and growing into her own skin. She likes the diversity that you see in clothes and styles and tastes and she really believes that fashion is an importanf aspect of everyday life. “I think fashion should mean something to everyone, everyone participates in it one way or another, I know it’s cliché, but fashion is a way someone can express themselves.” – Maryam

Louis, 18

Shirt : H&M – $20
Pants: H&M – $50
Shoes: Zara – $50

Louis is an artist. He sees the world from a very unique perspective. He’s fearless and confident and all of this is made apparent in the way he likes to dress. Fashion is a way for him to express his creativity and his artistry to the world on a daily basis.
“I believe fashion is just another window for self expression, its another form of art.” – Louis

Holly, 16

Shirt: Thrifted
Pants: Thrifted
Shoes: Thrifted
Thrift shopping has become a huge trend since Macklemore’s 2012 hit single “Thrift Shop”. People can find really great clothes at very low prices. Because thrift shops don’t usually carry anything “trendy”, they almost force you to create your own style.

Holly absolutely embodies this idea. She unapologetically wears what makes her happy. She understands the connection between the clothes we wear and our lifestyles and she embraces that every time she gets dressed. “Fashion is something that everybody has, either if it’s a trend or a unique style, it’s something that everyone can own, so own it!” – Holly

Barrington, 19

We’ve discussed how fashion is essentially a form of self-expression, but what do you do if nothing you find in stores represents you accurately? At age 18, Barrington launched his own street skate brand called “Suspended”. The brand has been doing well having launched multiple collections and is now able to ship Canada wide.

In designing the shirts and sweaters, Barrington has kept versatility in mind. “Fashion to me is doing whatever you want but being comfortable and still stylish at the same time. Turning basic clothing and putting clothes together and mixing different colours that complete outfits. Also adding little accessory can make an outfit pop and doing little things. Fashion is important because everyone’s fashion is different, everyone thinks about fashion differently but we still share the same things. That’s what I think fashion means to me” – Barrington

Being fashionable means something different to everybody. However, the bottom line is always the same: be true to yourself and do what makes YOU happy despite what anyone else thinks. Fashion and your own sense of style can be a powerful tool when it comes to owning your happiness and learning how to be comfortable with who you are. So use it wisely!

Clothing Styles at Square One Mall in Mississauga

by Marina, Miss Teenage Southwestern Ontario 2017

Paparazzi? Am I famous?

Miss Teen south Western OntarioThese questions must have run through the minds of all the fashionistas who encountered me on the streets of Mississauga this weekend. No, it’s not the Paparazzi… It’s just Marina with a camera, or should I say… Miss Teenage Southwestern Ontario 2017 behind the scenes!

The goal of this assignment was to find strangers on the street and record everything about their fashion sense and style. I had a blast meeting new people and learning a bit about their personality, which can explain a lot about why they wear what they wear. I found that timid or quiet people tend to wear dark or subtle colours, while bold and bubbly people tend to wear bright and noticeable colours. An outfit says a lot about a person; fashion style is a mirror reflection on the outside of what is really on the inside!

Meet Tiana! I found this 21-year-old strutting along Princess Royal Drive. Her bright coloured dress was what caught my attention. She is a hardworking student, who is currently studying Biology and Psychology. Her dress is a bright green colour with various light pink flowers all over. The dress has detailing with a cute high collar and a high split for her long legs to be shown off. Her dress was bought at H&M for a retail price of $70.00. tina in a green floral dress in MississaugaHer black and white point shoes were a snake skin style and measured to be about 4 inches high. Her heels were bought from Aldo for a retail price of $90.00. Her black fringe purse with gold detailing was also bought from H&M for a retail price of $30.00. Her nude and black Chanel sunglasses were bought for a retail price of $500.00. The total cost of Tiana’s outfit was $690.00.

Meet Gabriel! I found this 16-year-old walking around Square One Mall with his buddy, Kyle. Gabriel enjoys shopping and likes to play soccer on his spare time. Despite his typical “skater style,” Gabriel says that he no longer uses his skateboard.

Square One mall boy fashion in Mississauga

His black and grey baseball t-shirt was bought from Forever 21 for a retail price of $15.00. His cuffed dark jeans were bought from Winners for a retail price of $20.00. His black and white Vans (my favourite go-to sneakers) were bought from Zumiez for a retail price of $85.00. Gabriel’s final look costed him a total of just $120.00!

Meet Peter! I stumbled across this fashionista at Top Shop, in Square One Mall. Peter is a pro multi-tasker, as he balances being a personal trainer and working in the movie industry. His matching belt and shoes were what initially caught my eye! His navy blue fitted dress shirt was bought from Top Man for a retail price of $34.00. His black pants were also bought from Top Man for a retail price of $98.00. His white belt was bought from Calvin Klein for a retail price of $56.00. African origin man in Miss ssiauga wearing navy blue short denim jeans loafersHis white detailed shoes were bought from Brown’s for a retail price of  $120.00. In total, Peter spent $308.00 on his outfit of the day!

Thanks for reading about these noticeably fashionable looks from people just like me and you! Who knows? Maybe one day you can make it on a fashion blog or even a runway. Stay on trend or better yet make your own trends, and you’re bound to get noticed!

The official photographer Darren Lee had a difficult time finding low-contrast areas to shoot his models and you can see the side of his set in the background of this image below. he was putting models up against the rocks in the shade of small trees and letting the background blow-out, but I was up on the rocks exposing for the sun and trying to keep the busy beach visible in the distant background.

Another video made of the cruise experience is equally high-quality. The movie below was made by Cognition Video Productions Toronto and captures some of most fashionable moments.

As Snappy towels dispensed prizes on deck, the delegates, sourced from all over the nation, wearing silver crowns and sashes marking their province-of-origin were understandably excited at the prospect of seeing Toronto from the lake.

Street Chic in Newfoundland

Alyssa Cutler, Miss Teenage Avalon 2017

If you’ve ever been to Newfoundland, you will notice one thing. Our weather changes within minutes. One minute you will get a sun tan, and the next you will be caught in the rain and fog.  With this weather, it’s hard to be in style for the summer, but there’s a few fashion trends any Newfoundlander (or visitor) can wear.

Street Chic in Newfoundland

The male model you see below is wearing dark pants, a colored shirt, and matched it with colored shoes. This stylish outfit is perfect for everyday use, whether you’re going downtown with friends or on a date with a special someone. The fitted pants give you a professional yet casual look that appeals to others. The shirt and shoes is where you can shine your personally and show the world who you really are. Your shirt can be as bright as our Jelly Bean houses or as dull as our Newfoundland fog.

Can’t wait to try out this style? Check out male shoes at West 49! You’re looking for cutting edge sneakers that are usually flat with a white base. Itching to get a pair of the slick dark pants? Step into Bluenotes and try their amazing new summer styles. Want the perfect shirt? Check out the Boathouse! More into the button up? Swing into Urban Outfitters for a variety of colors

The female model is wearing two different outfits.

Street Chic in Newfoundland

Our first one is perfect for the girls who aren’t afraid of the cold. This blue outfit is adorable for the summer. It’s light weight and breathable. Pairing it with a white bow in your hair to match your white shoes just upgrades the entire outfit to a 10/10! But wait, what about the rain? A classic umbrella never goes astray in Newfoundland. Whether it’s warm outside or cold outside, the umbrella is always in use! You can fun with them as well. By painting on your umbrella’s and or by getting multicolored ones it’s a way for every girl to express themselves while looking unique and stylish.

The second outfit you see in all ages. Nothing says summer more than shorts and a tank topsYour classic black shorts are something every girl should have in their closet. It’s the most particular thing we own whether we are wearing them under our dresses, at sports events, or just on any summer day. When it comes to colorful shirts, girls and boys are the same. When it comes down to fashion, there’s one thing we really want to do, let our clothes speak for us. Bright shirt, bold colors,

and risky patterns is the number one way we can scream out who we are.

This female model is covering her shoulders with a light weight shay. Most times it is necessary to have because it can keep you both warm and cold in the right moments. Most shays are dark colors with a pattern. This brings together your outfit and makes a bold statement that you dying to say. And of course, all the colors in your outfit compliments each other because the statement you’re trying to say is never “I threw this on while I was still tired.” To finish up this outfit you need one last thing. A bow to match your shoes! Again, it’s a white bow with white shoes. What can go wrong with that?

Wondering how to get your hands on these cute little outfits? Check out Bluenotes to get your matching sky blue skirt and shirt. While you’re there, check out their colorful shirt selection and stop on over to see their patterned shays. Need a classic pair of black shorts? Drop into Ardene’s and go through their jaw dropping selection. Who knew there were so many options! Don’t forget to quickly scan through their accessories to find different colored bows. Need a new pair of stylish shoes? Check out Soft Moc’s female shoes!

Hope to see you in style soon!

Peekaboo Beans feature image in Calgary Alberta

Peekaboo Bean’s Fashion for Pre-Schoolers in Calgary Alberta

In the beautiful city of Calgary there is not a day that passes that you don’t see a variety of different clothing and fashion styles! Whether it’s the style of someone’s hair, their choice of outfit,  or the style of one of the amazing buildings in downtown Calgary, it is a truly beautiful and fashionable place! The word ‘fashion’ normally brings to mind well dressed women and men in the streets of a busy cosmopolitan city, or beautiful, well dressed models walking a runway.
For this blog post I decided to focus on a smaller segment of the fashion population, which are the kids who will define the fashion of the future.  Kids can be very fashionable, while still doing what they do best, which is just being kids!
Peekaboo Beans clothes lets kids do just that. This Street Chic blog post focuses on a sharp-looking line of Canadian designed kids’ clothing that are soft and comfortable yet durable and inspire kids to run, jump and play. You will find many fashionable kids on the streets and playgrounds of Calgary sporting the very stylish Peekaboo Beans clothing line. This apparel is great for young kids who are excited to play.
Peekaboo Beans has fashionable and comfortable clothes that kids all around Canada will wear and find comfortable. Peekaboo Beans was created with a vision that kids can play and look amazing at the same time. These clothes are also super durable and can last through even the toughest falls and stains! These clothes are also great because children can easily dress themselves without going crazy on patterns.
All Peekaboo Beans clothes are mix and match so even the littlest ones can dress themselves and always have a coordinating outfit!  The young people in the photos definitely stand out the streets of Calgary with their clothes. These boys enjoy running, playing and having fun like any kids should, but with the dependable fabrics their parents don’t need to worry about the Peekaboo Beans clothing getting ripped!
As if the clothing line of Peekaboo Beans isn’t amazing enough the founder of the company, Traci, has incorporated some great safety and comfort features into the clothes as well.  For example the clothing items with zippers include a chin guard to protect your child’s chin from getting caught in the zipper! And, just when you think it can’t get any better you don’t have to worry about itchy tags that can irritate your child’s skin.  Peekaboo Beans has cleverly taken care of this annoying feature by hiding the tags within the layers of the fabric.
Justin Trudeau with toddler wearing Peekaboo BeansThe very fashionable founder of Peekaboo Beans, Traci is always working to market her products and get the word out about her stylish and comfortable kids’ line.  She recently designed the outfits that were on display at our country’s capital on Canada Day, being modeled by the children of our Prime Minister, as can be seen in the picture attached.
All of the Peekaboo Bean prices are very reasonable as well given the amazing value that is coming with your clothes.  Most  dresses range anywhere from $40-$60. And for a boys T-shirt only $30-$40. To sum up my blog post I would like to address how these clothes tie into my platform, These clothes can let kids stay active and healthy in a very fashionable way and I hope all parents and kids decide to make the switch, as their website says “Once you go BEANS, you never go back!”

fashion for the movie theatre in Medcine Hat Alberta

The Many Fashions of Medicine Hat Alberta

By Nyamal, Miss Teen Medicine Hat 2017

“I like to push the barriers when it comes to fashion” – Nyamal

I could not have said it better myself.  Fashion is an expression of both emotion and character. Every person alive adds more flavour to the world of fashion by daring to be unapologetic and adding their own flare to their outfits.

With this definition in mind, I could not have found better individuals to take part in this article with me.

Our first model is Mervat, a 19 year old college student who aspires to be a paramedic. She is outgoing, talkative, supporting, and the type of person who fills the room with energy simply by entering.

For this shoot we’d agreed to take photos at six pm on College Dr. She decided to wear something a little more casual sporting vintage denim jeans with a “Bad influence” graphic halter top with threaded roses. She had purchased her trendy top at Urban Planet and thrifted her Levi jeans from a friend. She accessorizes with a pair of sunglasses and beaded flower sandals. Adding a bit of colour with a camel, braided leather belt from Bluenotes she managed to create an outfit that’s tré cute but manageable.

I think my favourite thing about this look is that it’s inexpensive, quick to put together, and comfortable. All three things that are important when considering an outfit that will take you from the busy, lesson filled days to late night study sessions as a college student.

Bad inlfuence in Medicine Hat AlbertaI choose to take photos of her at the college because it holds a lot of memories and emotions for me and many others. Medicine Hat College offers a place of enjoyment and learning for its students and hatters alike. In the summer it provides camps for children and preteens. It also holds academic assistance for middle-schoolers and high-schoolers during the school year – I for one owe my successful school year to the program and study groups I was able to have at the college. Not only does the college act as a beacon of educational success but it adds more multiculturalism to our city with the many international students it holds.

With a mixture of retro and modern trend Merv rocks a confident and casual street style for a summer afternoon.

black body suit and dark blue denim jean shorts fashion in Medicine Hat albertaOur second look today is at Belle an 18 year old free spirit who is hands down one of the most exciting people you will ever meet. She is a dedicated hard worker currently holding two jobs at David’s Tea and Marshalls, both located in Medicine Hat mall. With a great love for friends and a soul meant to wonder she loves to take adventures. Being the wildheart she is she loves to take risks with her style. Today she decided to pair a fitted cotton-mesh black bodysuit from Garage with dark denim Hollister jean shorts and simple black flip flops for a cute summer look. A flattering outfit for checking out the nightlife downtown with friends.

For accessories, she gives us a small, grey, textured Guess coin purse with stunning shimmering and beige nails to give the look a little more glam factor.

The third look was created by Jordyn, an intelligent young lady that carries a sense of mature, calm about herself. Jordyn is 18 years old and currently working at the Cineplex before attending University in the Fall. She enjoys reading, soccer, driving, and listening to some of her favourite musicians such as 21 pilots and Halsey. She is a witty and creative individual with an amazing talent for painting. With a style that’s typically a little more alternative and hipster, Jordyn brings a blue and white graphic tee referencing the classic film Clueless complimented by a denim pairing of shorts and a baseball cap.Whatever shift on blue tie dye patterm t shirt Medicine Hat Alberta

She adds to the outfit with a pair of white and pink Nike trainers. Some may be against rips in clothing but I personally feel that a tear like this gives the top a small but adequate amount of character.

Credit for where you can purchase the clothing is given to Forever 21 for the shirt and Garage for her jeans.

Jordyn has a casual outfit with just a bit of edge; its perfect for catching a flick at the movies.

wheat foreground, lady poses in M3edicine hat with blue jeans cap and cotton shirt, tank top

Eighteen year old Micayla involves herself in anything that revolves around the arts; it’s no wonder she’s able to wear such a bright coloured clothes and look stunning in daring outfits. The future student of Calgary University describes her overall style as more European inspired although she pulls inspiration from everywhere. blue jeans ball cap, round sunglasses and red shirt collar , pretty girl in Medicine Hat Alberta

For one of her looks Micayla sports a red v neck came from Garage costing $10.00 with an American Apparel bomber jacket that had costed her $120.00. For bottoms she styles Levis wedgie fit denim at the price of $130.00 and adds unique flare and colour with the addition of her $30.00 Topshop floral pink mule heels. She accessorizes this look with Guay Australia round frame shades and a Calvin Klein denim hat. The sunglasses prices at $75.00 and the cap at $45.00. This look is as high-end and beautiful as her second look.

For her second look, Micayla paired her vibrant floral heels with a full Topshop outfit consisting of a white ¾ sleeve ribbed, high neck sweater with blue suit cigarette trousers. Her outfit total being $30.00 for the top and $60.00 for the bottoms. She also uses a silver ring from south Africa and a black leather purse for accessories.blue cigarette trousers with white top in Medicine Hat Alberta

The way the pink heels and vibrant blue bottoms compliment each other is simply stunning.

gas lamps in downtown medicine Hat albertaDue to the artistic nature of Micayla and Jordyn some photos of the trio took place in front of the Esplanade located on 1 St SE. The Esplanade holds art shows, concerts, plays, and other events. It is a cultural hub open to all and meaningful to many.

Other photos were all taken on 2 St WE in downtown Medicine Hat from 8 to 9 pm. I felt this was the perfect place to take photos because the beauty of the streets, the gas lights, and it is also the location one of our long standing local business.

The Monarch Theatre is Canada’s oldest operating movie theatre. The theatre remains relevant playing new movies and also allows viewers to enjoy classical films now and then. Many citizens in the Hat hold fond memories here such as watching movies together with their father or spending times with friends.

gas lights in Medicine Hat AlbertaThe gas lights brighten up the streets of downtown Medicine Hat, and serve as a reminder of the importance of natural gas to the city.

Although we may not be a bustling fashion district, inspiring the next fall fashion week, we are a city filled with quality characters, risk takers, and unique fashions. Medicine Hat is a small city with a rich history and many beautiful locations as well as amazing people. Being able to spend time with my models and take a minute to appreciate our surroundings I think it’s safe to say that Medicine Hat has a lot to offer via fashion and amazing personality.

Friends Are Always in Fashion in Red Deer Alberta

By Scotia, Miss Teen Central Alberta 2017

What is fashion really about? Lots of people have ideas, or guesses but does anyone really know the true meaning of fashion? My guess is Fashion is about making yourself feel like the best you. Making you feel confident and proud of what you wear. With my street chic, I chose three friends to model of what makes them confident with their bodies. To fit my theme of “What is Fashion to You?”, I asked all of my models what fashion means to them.

First is Brooklyne

Brooklyne is a very lovely lady with a kind heart and soul. Brooklyne spends most of her free time out with her boyfriend or plays volleyball with her friends. Brooklyne decided to  wear an off-the-shoulder black blouse from Stitches paired with blue knee-slit skinny jeans from Garage. To finish off her look Brooklyne chose black wedged heels from H&M, also including a neon pink Coach purse to match her lipstick.

Brooklyne expressed how fashion is “A way to express yourself without having to say anything.”

Next is Lexi

Lexi is an adventurous spirit who is humble and soft. You can catch Lexi most when she is out-and-about with her friends. Lexi is wearing a comfy yellow shirt from American Eagle with knee-slit blue skinny jeans from Stitches and white Converse shoes.

Last but not least is Emilee.

Emilee is a smart girl with a sassy attitude. If you were looking for Emilee, you would most likely find her dancing her feet off. Emilee had on a salmon crop top from Stitches, Black slit jeans from Garage and Allstar shoes from Adidas. Emilee described fashion as, “clothes and accessories that make you confident, comfortable, and follow the trends. It should speak who you are and about your mind.”

Adidas sneakers, skin tight black jeans, pink tank top

As well as being the models for my fashion photos, Brooklyne, Lexi and Emilee and I had so much fun messing around Downtown Red Deer Alberta.

We had such a good time, and couldn’t stop laughing and that’s always in fashion.

Female Bowlers’ Fashion in Sudbury Ontario

by Marissa, Miss Teen Greater Sudbury 2017

Fashion is everywhere! It’s something we deal with everyday. It consists of clothing, footwear, accessories, makeup and furniture. Fashion is a means of self-expression that allows people to try on many roles in life. Whether you prefer hip-hop or Chanel-chic, fashion accommodates the chameleon in all of us. It’s a way of celebrating the diversity and variety of the world in which we live. At the same time, fashion shouldn’t be taken too seriously or you lose the fun of it.

Fashion has been present throughout history and the trends change very rapidly and constantly. Fashion trends are influenced by several factors including political, economical, social and technological; the PEST analysis. Fashion forecasters can use this information to help determine growth or decline of a particular trend. The media can play a significant role when it comes to fashion. Editorial critique, guidelines, and commentary can be found on television, in magazines, newspapers, social networks, fashion websites and blogs.

Why does fashion always change?
Fashion changes indicate how a society or a culture can change. Fashion expresses where you belong, your financial status, political orientation, state of mind, identity and of course preferred music style. There are clothes which never go out of fashion, such as jeans, skirts and t-shirts, and wearing these items always radiate self-confidence. World events determine trends. For example the hippy culture was very popular in the 1970s and dominated the world of fashion.

Fashion recycles itself time and time again.

The following pictures were taken at Garson Bowl on Falconbridge road located in Sudbury, Ontario. It shows the different types of outfits these girls wear when they go bowling.

Hannah, age 19, is rocking a very cute but casual outfit. Her shirt was bought at Winners for 18$ and her jeans are from Garage for 40$.  Fashion isn’t always about who spends the most money, as long as you look confident you can rock anything!

Leah, age 17 (left), Mackenzie, age 17 (middle), Matilda, age 17 (right). Leah is wearing a very fun flirty off the shoulder shirt that she purchased at American Eagle for 40$ and denim shorts from Garage for 20$!

Nothing is more beautiful than a confident person with a shining smile ready to take on the world.
